1. The Data We Collect

• Authentication: We use Supabase Auth to securely handle your login. We only store your email and user ID.
• Profile: Information you explicitly add (Bio, Social Links, Portfolio) is public by default so you can show off your skills.
• Activity: We track which problems you solve and your streaks to build your progress stats.

2. AI API Keys

If you choose to bring your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for AI features:

• They are encrypted (AES-256) before being saved in our database.
• They are NEVER logged, shared, or viewed by us.
• They are decrypted momentarily only to send requests to the AI provider on your behalf.

3. No Selling

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to advertisers or third parties. CodePlanet is funded by premium subscriptions and our users, not by selling your information.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@acodeplanet.tech.
